Evie Faure

Evie Faure is the Senior Commercial Strategist at Biohm. Her life sciences background in BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology from the University of Manchester is woven with her strategic business insight. She develops innovative commercial strategies that are led by both scientific knowledge and commercial proficiency.

Having worked as a researcher and forged powerful ideas in biotech competitions, Evie facilitates the adoption and awareness of bio-based innovation both in the UK and internationally, ensuring that biotechnologies can impact a wide range of policymakers, industry experts, and organisations.

Evie finds inspiration in mycelium's resourcefulness, adaptability, and ability to form symbiotic relationships which is echoed in her approach to building partnerships at Biohm. Much like mycelium’s sprawling networks, Evie forges paths of collaboration in order to generate new and improved ways of using resources and living in better balance with nature.

Away from the world of Biohm, you can find Evie cooking and hosting dinner parties, tending to her garden, playing tennis, travelling, or immersed in her book club.

If Evie were to be a non-human system, she would be a vibrant, colourful, and resilient coral reef, a home for the diverse and lively group of organisms that connect multiple marine and terrestrial systems.
